Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Unopened Products: Items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- Opened Items: Products that have been opened are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed,or returned packages unless the error is ours.
- Return Period for Unopened and New Products: Accepted within 30 days of shipping date; shipping and handling charges not refundable.
- Return Requirement: All returns require a Reference Number, email customer@smellnice.com
2. Defective Products:
- Return or Exchange: Defective items can be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of shipment, with a Reference Number.
- Complete Return: For partially defective products, return the entire product, including all accessories, in the original packaging.
3. Initiating a Return:
- Contact us at customer@smellnice.com or visit the contact us page.
4. Refunds:
- Processing: Notification provided upon receipt and inspection of the return. Refund status (approved or not) will be communicated.
- Refund Method: Automatic refund to the original payment method within 10 business days post-approval.
- Bank Processing Time: Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
- Follow-up: Contact us at customer@smellnice.com if more than15 business days have passed since the return approval.
