Is there a participation fee?

No, you just need to meet the eligibility criteria

What do I win if I guess correctly?

A free bottle of the mystery sample designer fragrance.

How often can I participate?

You can participate once every month as long as you meet the eligibility criteria.

Can I participate more than once in a month?

No, each participant is allowed one entry per month.

Do I need to purchase anything to enter?

Yes this is one way you can enter by making purchase of any product of your choice from smellnice.com. You can also have an active smell club membership

How is the winner chosen?

All correct guesses are automatic winners.

How will I know if I've won?

Mystery fragrance name would be revealed on the 30th of each month, and
participants would know then. This would be emailed as well as posted on the
Guess the Fragrance website.

When is the winner announced?

Participants who guessed correctly would have their Free bottle shipped to them.

Can I choose the fragrance I win?

The prize is the mystery fragrance that you correctly guess.

Are there any restrictions on who can enter?

Participants must be of legal age and reside in the United States or Canada.

How will I receive my prize?

The prize will be shipped to the address provided during entry

Can I return or exchange the prize?

Prizes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

What is the size/volume of the Fragrance Bottle I get, if I win?

Most perfumes and cologne come in 100ml (3.4 oz.) if the mystery fragrance is not made in 100ml bottle, you will get the next biggest size below 100ml.

How is my personal information used?

Information is used for challenge administration for identification/shipping and not shared with third parties

Can I participate from outside the U.S.?

Participation is limited to US and Canadian residents.

How do I know the fragrances are authentic?

Smell Nice deals with original fragrances sourced directly sourced from manufacturers or authorized distributors. Please visit smellnice.com to learn more

How do you select the mystery fragrance?

The fragrance is selected by our team from a wide range of designer fragrances and we ensure all mystery fragrances are premium mainstream designer brands OR niche fragrance designers. Check your dashboard for examples of past mystery fragrance in the previous months.

Can I suggest a fragrance for future challenges?

While we plan the scents, we welcome suggestions for future consideration.

What if I experience issues submitting my guess?

Contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Are there any clues provided for the mystery fragrance?

We provide a guide at the brand level; however, the challenge is to ultimately trust your own sense of smell

How can I improve my chances of winning?

You can enter the following month’s challenge to improve your chances

Where can I find the rules and regulations?

You can view the challenge guidelines as well as terms and conditions on the Guess the fragrance website

Can I participate if I've won a previous challenge?

Yes, previous winners are welcome to participate in future challenges

How long does each challenge last?

Challenges typically run for one month from the 22nd of the previous month to 21st of the following month, but check the website for specific dates.

Will I receive confirmation of my entry?

Yes, you'll see the status on your dashboard upon successfully entering the challenge

What should I do if I have any concerns?

Report any concerns immediately to our customer service for investigation

How can I leave the challenge notifications?

You can decide not to participate in the next months challenge by simply NOT filling out the entry form.

Can I enter on behalf of someone else?

No, each entry must be made by the individual who wishes to participate.

How long do I have to submit my answers after receiving my mystery fragrance sample?

You would typically be given 3 days from when your mystery sample is delivered to you.
