Returns
- Unopened merchandise in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
- Items that have been opened are not eligible for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in cases of undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, except in instances where an error was made by us.
- For any unopened and brand-new product, returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
